本特中心总建筑面积5.4 万平方米，建筑高度140 米。其中包含新
建约6 千平方米的面积，连同Bentall 中心综合楼组成了一个35
层的办公塔楼，地下7 层的停车场可停放大约950 辆车，同时设计
规划一个独立的玻璃展览馆。室外座椅，大型水体景观和著名雕塑
家ElynZimmerman 的一件公共艺术品为Burrard 和Dunsuir
街的拐角处带来了无限的生机。此建筑获得了LEED 认证。
Bente center has a total construction area of 54,000 square
meters and a building height of 140 meters. This includes a new
construction area of approximately 6,000 square meters, which,
together with the Bentall center complex, forms a 35-story office
tower; There is also a seven-storey underground car park (for
about 950 cars) and a separate glass exhibition hall. Outdoor
seating, large water landscape and a piece of public art by famed
sculptor ElynZimmerman bring life to the corner of Burrard and
Dunsuir street. The building is LEED certified.
