This top-notch skyscraper is located on a historic address on vancouver's waterfront
in the bustling business district. This sustainable building enjoys the dramatic views
of the harbour and the mountains in the distance. The building has a height of 143.01
meters, 35 floors on the ground and a building area of 25,000 square meters. The
building will retain the facade of the historic club, while the modern new entrance and
landscaped public space will create a bridge between the old and the new.
