本项目位于Glenlyon 商业园区内，这个两层的建筑为慈善机构雇
员工会提供了4650 平方米的办公室、会议室和附属员工设施。曲
线钢屋顶创造出一个宽阔的拱顶开敞工作空间。中央的三块采光顶
可为室内带来直射到首层地面的自然采光。出挑屋檐为外檐的窗子
提供了遮阳的效果。Sussex Creek 河沿场地的西边流过，建筑的
平台和露台作为观赏区来很好的利用这个景观。
Located in the Glenlyon business park, the two-storey building
provides 4,650 square metres of offices, meeting rooms and
ancillary staff facilities for the charity employees' union. The
curved steel roof creates a wide vaulted open work space. The
three central lighting roof can bring direct sunlight to the ground
floor of the first floor. The overhanging eaves provide shading
to the Windows of the outer eaves. The Sussex Creek riverfront
flows west of the site, and the building's terrace and terrace serve
as a viewing area to take advantage of the view.
