The master plan for this 20-acre site comprises 2,600,000
square feet of commercial and residential space. Office and
residential precincts have their own unique character, unified
by extensive landscaping and pedestrian links. The first phase
of the development integrates with the SkyTrain Rapid Transit
station. An urban park with fountains and pools is a focus for the
commercial zone. The flagship development, Station Tower, has
240,000 square feet of office space. The energy-efficient and
cost-effective curtainwall glazing give a commanding skyline
presence.
