香河大爱城是“国家爱晚工程”的重要组成部分和示范项目，项目
总占地面积4800 多亩，生态农业主题公园用地约180 亩，规划建
设用地约3000 亩，总建筑面积约300 万平米。我公司承接了此
项目的规划、建筑到景观全方位的设计工作，打造以北京为中心的
全龄型、全配套、自循环幸福生活城。香河大爱城一期 约400 亩
地的开发，营造的英伦风情住区；产品2014 年面市，2015 年底
竣工，2016 年大爱生态农场、大爱养老中心等配套相继开放。
Xianghe dacity is an important part of the "national aiwan project"
and a demonstration project. The project covers an area of more
than 4,800 mu, including 180 mu of land for ecological agriculture
theme park, 3,000 mu of land for planned construction and a
total construction area of about 3 million square meters. Our

daai city phase I about 400 acres of land development, to create

farm, daai elderly care center and other supporting facilities were
