本项目位于宁波市溪口镇，一期为大爱书院小镇，规模378 亩（25.2
公顷），建筑面积约38.7 万平方米. 建设内容为：养老护理机构（150
床）、养老公寓、大爱书院文化休闲街、生态养生社区、书院农庄（200
亩）。大爱书院小镇秉承了国家特色小镇战略理念，以建设完善社
会化养老服务体系为中心，打造出一座多元化、网络化的养生居住
社区。小镇整体建筑风格以中式为主，辅以部分新亚洲风格。南侧
的景观农地，分为花海区、果林区、农田区、茶庄区四大景观展示
区，为小镇提供了极佳的自然景观。项目以书院小镇文化街区为商
业服务核心，向周边辐射展开了独栋别墅区、高层住宅区和养老公
寓区等多业态的居住组团，并辅以组团级和社区级的养老服务设施，
最大化融合了养老与居住这两大核心功能。
This project is located in xikou town, ningbo city. The first phase
is daai academy town, with a scale of 378 mu (25.2 hectares)
and a construction area of about 387,000 square meters.
Adhering to the strategic concept of a small town with national
characteristics, daai academy town has built a diversified and
networked health-preserving living community centering on the
construction of a sound socialized service system for the elderly.
The overall architectural style of the town is mainly Chinese style,
supplemented by some new Asian style. The landscape farmland
on the south side is divided into four landscape exhibition
areas, namely huahai area, fruit forest area, farmland area and
tea village area, providing the town with an excellent natural
landscape. The project takes the cultural district of shuyuan town
as the core of commercial service, and extends the residential
group of single-family villa area, high-rise residential area and
old-age apartment area to the surrounding area, supplemented
by group-level and community-level old-age service facilities, so
as to maximize the integration of the two core functions of oldage
care and residence.
