崇明岛大爱城项目属于江苏省启东市，崇明岛北侧，与启东市区隔
江相望，规划范围北起长江北支，南到堤南河，西临绿地长岛项目，
东至长江入海口，总占地面积4500 亩，其中规划建设用地3000 亩，
农业用地1500 亩。我公司不仅承接了该项目的规划、建筑到景观
全方位的设计工作，还做了生态农业主题公园的规划设计工作。
崇明大爱城项目用地为综合用地，设计灵感来源于老上海石库门风
格建筑记忆。坡屋顶的形式唤醒了乡愁，化解了繁忙都市生活的束缚，
仿佛回到了世外桃源。亲人建筑尺度与自然田园融于一体。立面形
式结合不同功能各具特色。与景观结合创造出独特的度假生活环境。
Chongming dayai city project is located in qidong city, jiangsu
province, on the north side of chongming island, facing the
downtown area of qidong city across the river. The planning area
starts from the north branch of the Yangtze river in the north,
reaches the dyke river in the south, borders the Greenland long
island project in the west, and reaches the estuary of the Yangtze
river in the east. The project covers a total area of 4500 mu,
including 2000 mu of planned construction land and 1500 mu of
agricultural land. Our company not only undertook the project
planning, architecture and landscape design, but also did the
planning and design of the ecological agriculture theme park.
Chongming daai city project land is comprehensive land. The
design inspiration comes from shikumen style architecture in
old Shanghai. The form of pitched roofs awakens homesickness

natural countryside. The facade forms combine different functions
and have their own characteristics. Combined with the landscape
to create a unique holiday living environment.
