占地约50 公顷。细部设计主要是在15 公顷用地范围内进行山庄设
计，包括独立别墅、联排别墅及单元楼。细致的景观、水景及道路
设计把整个山庄连成一体。俱乐部的独特风格更成为整个社区的焦

Beijing Yosemite carries out the overall planning of the project site
and the detailed design of the residence and club. It covers about
50 hectares. The detailed design is mainly carried out within 15
hectares of land for the villa design, including independent villas,
townhouses and units. The detailed landscape, water features
and road design link the whole resort together. The unique style
of the club became the focus of the whole community.
